RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

At Gauprapti, we deal in perishable food products. Due to their nature, we do not accept returns.

However, we provide replacement or refund only in genuine cases as outlined below.


ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Container is leaking

  • Incorrect item is delivered


IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and unopened

  • A clear unboxing video (no cuts/edits) is mandatory

  • Valid proof of purchase is required

👉 Requests without proper proof or after 24 hours will be rejected.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the issue.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Perishable food items (including ghee)

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste, smell, or texture preferences

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer


EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product, OR

  • Issue a refund

Decision will be at our discretion after verification.


REFUNDS PROCESS

Once your request is received:

  • We will review your claim

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
